Explore the Forgotten Artists Who Got Lost In Time

Someone once asked, "If you could meet one of your favourite childhood singers, who would it be?" Surprisingly, I couldn't decide which of the 90s singers I wanted to meet. It's not that I'm bad at making decisions; the problem was that there were so many great singers in the 1990s that it was difficult to choose. While I was thinking about it, I realised that, like me, many 90s kids will miss their favourite singers from the 90s, and Gen–Z will be unaware of these legends. As a result, I decided to go down memory lane and compile a list of forgotten artists for my fellow 90s kid. I've covered musical maestros from the 1990s in this article and will cover artists from all fields in future articles, but for now, stop what you're doing and grab a handkerchief to wipe your tears, because today I'll bring back the memories. Some of these singers would have assisted you in recovering from a breakup, while others would have assisted you in becoming the life of the party, and still others would have simply cheered you up when you were down.

Forgotten Old Famous Music Industry Artists

 1. Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin has now settled down and started a family. Jwan Yosef and his husband have welcomed their fourth child into the family. They already had twins and a daughter, and their family has grown. Ricky Martin, on the other hand, was a source of happiness in the 1990s. His song Livin La Vida Loca is timeless and can lift your spirits even in the darkest of times. Nobody Wants to Be Lonely, Shake Your Bon-Bon, and Mara, among his other songs, can make even the most grumpy old man smile. Ricky Martin embarked on a world tour with Enrique Iglesias in 2021.

2. Enrique

Now that we've mentioned this legend's name, let's take a look at his musical career. Enrique was probably the only reason we all tried to learn Spanish, with songs like Escape, Rhythm Divine, and Bailamos, Enrique has always won our hearts, and Tonight I am Loving You was probably the first video that we all enjoyed but with fear. Those who know what I'm talking about know what I'm talking about. I've already told you what Enrique is up to these days, and if you follow him on Instagram, you should be getting all the updates because he is very active on Instagram.

3. Akon

"Smack that, all on the floor," I know you still love this song, and who doesn't? Akon was one of the most famous singers of all time. Akon was one of those singers who sang their hearts out, but where is he right now nananana? Akon is currently moving forward with plans to build Akon City, a $6 billion sustainable smart city in Senegal. The 2,000-acre future-oriented metropolis, according to Akon, will include a luxury resort, condos, offices, a hospital, a stadium, and an artificial-intelligence data centre.

4. Michael Jackson

The myth, the revolution Micheal Jackson was a well-known singer, songwriter, dancer, and other entertainer. Michael Jackson is known as the "King of Pop" for a reason. People would frequently faint when they saw them live, and stadiums were always packed when The Michael Jackson performed. Although all of his work was excellent, he will be remembered most for his song "Smooth Criminal," for which he won a total of 13 Grammys during his career.

And was nominated for 38 awards. We lost him in 2009, but he will always be on our playlists, and kids will try to imitate his unique dance style and moon-walk.
