Although India is a developing country, it is critical to recognize and encourage young people to carry on the country's traditions. The IMPACT 30 Under 30 celebration in Mumbai has concluded, honoring and celebrating 30 young professionals in the marketing and advertising sector. With their portfolios of work, the young professionals have made a major impact on the sector, despite the fact that some are only 23 years old. The gathering included industry luminaries such as Prasoon Joshi, Chairman of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific. Josy Paul, Chairman and CCO of BBDO India, Amer Jaleel Group CCO and Chairman of MullenLowe Lintas Group, and Santosh Padhi, Chief Creative Officer of Wieden+ Kennedy all gave motivational talks to the young people.

1. ANIRUDH SINGLA Founder and CEO, Pepper Content

Anirudh, who is 23 years old, is the CEO of Pepper Content, a firm that grew from a $700,000 run-rate to $5 million in revenue in a single year. An incredible performance at such a young age hasn't stopped Anirudh from being curious, as he states he wants to master everything rather than become an expert. In 2018, his journey began in his dorm at BITS Pilani. By the end of 2019, he had recruited a team of twelve individuals, and by 2020, the company had served over 400 clients. He had a team of 40 people in 2021, and now he's looking to hire 60 more. Anirudh is well-known for his work and has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 and LinkedIn Top 50 Voices lists. Pepper Content is now a big content marketplace where customers may get services including images, texts, and translations. He is prepared to make an impression in the huge universe of material.

2. SHIVANI MEHTA - Lead - Creative Producer, Supari Studios

Shivani Mehta has made a name for herself in the advertising industry despite having only 4.5 decades of experience. Shivani began her career as an intern for a Google project and quickly advanced to the position of Creative Producer Lead at Supari Studios. Shivani eventually managed a campaign for Dolby India that earned a SAMMIE Award. She went on to have numerous successes as a vital component of some of Supari Studios' most noteworthy projects. For example, there was a Twitter campaign called #PowerOf18, as well as Estee Lauder's first digital campaign in India and the introduction of its brand ambassador Diana Penty. Her duty was as the latter's creative producer. Television design, architecture, and design piqued her attention in her early years in the media. Shivani was captivated by everything visual. This was obvious throughout her professional career, as she was able to develop material for a variety of companies. She currently has brands including Red Bull, Bumble, Twitter, Novotel, and Swiggy in her portfolio. She worked on a project called Bumble Better for Bumble India, where she directed a team of professionals to bring Bumble's story to life in a culturally relevant manner. She describes herself as a travel enthusiast who immerses herself in other cultures that can benefit her with her job.

3. MANIL DODANI- Business & Marketing Director, APAC, Landor & Fitch

Being normal is not an option for Manil Dodani, a young 25-year-old who has gone on to become a star in his field and was appointed the Director of Marketing and Business, APAC, for Landor & Fitch. Manil began his career as an intern less than four years ago, and he is exuberant, bold, and engaging. Manil is currently performing outstanding work at Landor & Fitch, spearheading critical initiatives. Manil is a natural businessman who has gained accounts by providing a strategic and imaginative proposal. He has won the National Stock Exchange, the Delhi Art Gallery, ICICI Cards, Hafele, Kangaroo Kids, Viacom18, Britannia, and Orient Electric.

4. KRITIKA SINGH-  Group Head - Content, Wavemaker Global

Kritika Singh is always up for doing good and helping people. Her motivation has given her the tenacity she needs to become one of the best in her area. Wavemaker Global's Group Head of Content has been a key part of several significant campaigns. She was a key member of the Government of India's COVID War Room, where she was in charge of COVID Digital Communications. Her age is 28 years. Kritika Singh is currently in charge of branded content creation, influencer marketing sponsorships, television partnerships, OTT and web content integrations. She leads digital projects for the Ministry of Urban Development India - Research, Strategy, and Insight as part of programmes such as Swachh Bharat India, Malaria No More, and others.

5. AARUSHI PERIWAL-  Creative talented (ex-Associate Creative Director Dentsu Webchutney Pvt. Ltd.)

Aarushi originally showed evidence of being a gifted writer when she was six years old and began penning on her cards for her mother as her first client. In 2021, she was won the Cannes Lions for the Better Half Cookbook, becoming her the youngest person ever to receive the prize from Dentsu Webchutney. Aarushi Periwal is one of the world's fastest-growing young professionals, with clients such as Spotify, Google, The Natural Diamonds Council, and IKEA, as well as clients such as Spotify, Google, The Natural Diamonds Council, and IKEA. Prior to joining Webchutney, Aarushi worked for The Glitch, where she handled HUL's personal care needs until 2019. She then managed an all-female design team for Dentsu Webchutney, where she displayed exceptional professionalism by working an 8-hour day and not working nights or weekends. Aarushi's accomplishments come at a time when she works remotely and with colleagues in eight places throughout the United States.

6. GAYATRI SETHI -  Vice President - Growth and Operations, Media.Monks India

Gayatri Sethi worked in this industry for eight years. Her first job was with Memoreels, where she was able to get 12 wedding clients in her first six months of employment. There has been no going back since then, as Gayatri has gone from one success to the next, creating over 1000 hours of video content. Gayatri is now Vice President of Growth and Operations at Media. Monks India, where she focuses on developing new business prospects and improving existing client relationships. She has worked on a number of significant projects, including the Xiaomi Laptop Launch, which was the first 360-degree media campaign. Monks India, which included the creation of a strategy, the creative and implementation of a website, a product film, and social media content, as well as the introduction of the product using AR and a variety of other items.
